I don't know where to start when it comes to cooking vegetarian style meals. Any suggestions to simple meals for two?

You can find lots of vegetarian recipes by just making a search in the Google. There are lots of sites that teach about how to make the vegetarian meals.

oh so you are confuse then i can say that go for something normal like vegetable salad... or go for menu card or magazine in that to cook...

You can also get online recipes from Food Network. Salmon Cakes I have done. A ton of different recipes for this on the web. Really easy and tasty version is to buy the Old Bay Salmon Cake Mix envelope. Add a few ingredients and bake or grill. I think you will find some books on Amazon, meat and sausage recipes to be made.

Boil your water for the pasta. Cook it normaly.
Take your tomatoes (grape or cherry work best) place them in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Make sure they are nice and coated then put them in a 425 degree oven for about 5 mins.Next take a sautee pan and throw in your mushrooms, when your mushrooms are done toss in your spinach and basil and lightly sautee those with your mushrooms..

Forget about searching Google for vegetarian dishes. Just tell me what kind of vegetables do you like and I would share with you a recipe of that particular vegetable.
